A launching ceremony for "Hello Childhood," a series of TV specials for International Children's Day on June 1, was held by China Media Group (CMG) on Wednesday.

The project features 14 original boutique programs as well as activities related to integrated media for children.

Shen Haixiong, vice minister of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and president of CMG, attended the ceremony along with other senior officials.

A wonderful festival feast will be presented to children across the country thanks to the joint efforts of the All-China Women's Federation, the China Association for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments and units.
