THE HAGUE -- Dutch prosecutors confirmed on Wednesday the arrest of a 22-year-old man from Amsterdam in July for planning an assassination attempt on caretaker Prime Minister Mark Rutte.

BEIRUT -- A training plane belonging to the Lebanese Aviation Club and carrying two people crashed on Wednesday in the sea off the coast of Halat in northern Lebanon, the National News Agency reported.
